Current board members along with former directors and judges gathered to celebrate all of this year&rsquo;s community participants.<br /><br />Congratulations to <strong>Hope, Chase, Kelowna</strong> and <strong>Harrison Hot Springs</strong> who were in the evaluated Bloom &amp; Grow programs and to <strong>100 Mile House, Castlegar, Qualicum Beach</strong> and <strong>Sicamous</strong> who were in the non-evaluated Friends program this year. Showcase participants were also recognized with certificates.
