Communities in Bloom is a complex, multi-faceted program, and each new year is an opportunity to share why communities should consider participating. From the obvious horticultural beautification, to the civic pride that results from a hometown that looks clean and tidy, the benefits are countless!
The CiB program connects people to their municipality, creating an opportunity for volunteer engagement in addition to profile for groups already making a difference (like the one pictured).
Using the evaluated program to highlight all that is unique in the community and developing a benchmark measurement for areas of improvement, helps the community measure their successes.
