| Winners were nominated by the BC CiB Board of Directors each year to recognize individuals who display commitment to the Communities in Bloom program. We honoured the recipient for their dedication to their community, and most importantly for being such excellent advocates of the CiB program through the years. The checkerboard will now retire with the last winner.
